Dancing is one of the few activities that allows you to disconnect your body from the busy world. Music and body movement let you spend sometime with yourself, explore your body and re-learn your senses.

Dancing is not as hard as you could think. When you dance you get the opportunity to forget about work, school, stress. Latin Dances are multifaceted: smooth, spicy, soft, energetic, romantic, sensual and fun. You could have fun with an energetic Merengue dance, followed by a spicy and sensual salsa to end up with a romantic Bachata. It goes beyond of few steps, your soul dances with the music.

Latin Dances will give you a taste of the Latin flavor and you will learn about Latin Culture through them. Music and dance represent customs, people and traditions.
Salsa Beginners 1 - partner dance class

Course Description
This is a beginners class. You don't need previous dance experience.
On level one you will learn partner dance patterns and individual footwork. Basic step, side step, cumbia steps, individual right and left turn. Partner basic steps, right and left turns. You will be introduced to musicality and other dance styles like merengue and bachata.

Course Description
Ladies Salsa Style is a lot of fun! You will learn latin dance steps, hips, shoulders and body movement. In this class you will also learn musicality. Learn small routines that will combine salsa steps and moves learned in class. You'll become more confident and stylish when dancing salsa, bachata, merengue or any other latin dance style.
